Charles served in senior financial roles for three decades with US multinational software companies. He was most recently at Synopsys, Inc., a global market leader in the field of semiconductor electronic design automation software, where he spent 17 years as international controller with responsibilities for Europe, India and Asia.

Following a first class moderatorship in pure mathematics at Trinity College Dublin he qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Dublin. He then moved to Price Waterhouse (pre-merger) in the US for a number of years and did a spell with Price Waterhouse in Italy before returning to Ireland.
He currently serves on several boards of directors and chairs a number of board committees.

Declan is the Founder / President / CEO of FREEZADOME and is the driving force behind FREEZADOME - a Technology, Innovation and Development Company for Cooling Beverages. 

Since he formed FREEZADOME in early 2016, Declan together with his team have worked on a number of new Global Innovative disruptive Products - which are now ready to launch.  Prior to founding FREEZADOME, Declan has setup and run a number of very successful businesses. Declan's experience spans over 4 decades with businesses in Ireland, Europe, China & the USA.

In the past, Declan was responsible for setting up a business in the US with offices in Madison Ave in New York, servicing over 800 active accounts across the US. This business also had offices the UK and ran their own manufacturing facility in Xiamen, China.

Jonathan Courtenay is the Managing Director and owner of JACC Sports, Irelands largest distributor of International sports brands and a sports marketing company.

Between its formation in 2011 and 2021 Jonathan struck multiple distribution and licensing deals with leading global brands like Nike Team, Converse, New Balance, New Era, BLK, Umbro and Under Armour were agreed. Jonathan also negotiates sports rights and brand exclusivity contracts and has agreed multiyear agreements with the likes of the FAI, Connacht Rugby and hundreds of soccer, rugby and other sports franchises and clubs. Jonathan was originally a product designer and marketing manager before leading an MBO of Toplion Sportswear in 2009.

David has been with involved FREEZADOME since it was founded in early 2016.

With vast experience in both manufacturing and product sourcing, David has brought his expertise to FREEZADOME in creating new product ranges and assisting with developing new innovations.

David holds a master’s degree in Management of Operations from Dublin City University and is a Chartered Advisor in Wealth and Investment Management. With entrepreneurship running through his family, David has been involved in numerous start-ups in both Asia and Europe in retail, office leasing and financial fields.

Richard is on the Freezadome board of directors and has been with the company from inception on an advisory role. He co-founded the Murray Woods Group in 2014, an equipment and engineering company serving both the medical and dental industry.
 

Richard holds a Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering degree from Trinity College Dublin. He also holds Master degrees from Oxford University and University College Dublin, in Biomedical Engineering and Business Management, respectively. Behind the scenes Richard is a keen sports enthusiast, accomplished in a range of sports including tennis, skiing and athletics. In his former years he also played rugby professionally and represented Ireland at all under-age levels.

In 2006, Mark became the CEO of the Tipperary Crystal Company, which is Globally Renowned Product/Brand (https://www.tipperarycrystal.com).

In addition he also serves as the FREEZADOME Company Secretary. Within FREEZADOME, Mark provides valuable business development skills when required; leveraging his business acumen from a number of previous successful businesses he was involved in.

He has been an integral part of the FREEZADOME company since it was formed in early 2016, and worked on a number of Global Innovative disruptive Products, now at the launch stage.
